WebApr 8, 2024 · I have had a free hotmail account since before 2007. I have old inbox emails from 2007 all the way until 2024. I read a post earlier from 2013 that when free hotmail users upgraded to a new "yearly fee" (paid) outlook account, they lost all of their old inbox emails from their free hotmail account.
